• Orders must be placed through our website or authorized channels.
• We accept payments via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD where available).
• All prices are in INR and include applicable taxes.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
• Perishable food items (including edible oils and seeds) are not eligible for return unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

5. Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on the destination, generally between 3–7 working days.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics providers.
